Der GPD WIN MAX 2 vereint Arbeit und Spiele in einem leistungsstarken Handheld-Gaming-PC.

Der GPD WIN MAX 2 misst im zusammengeklappten Zustand 8,9 x 6,2 x 0,9 Zoll(22,7 × 16,0 × 2,3 cm) und wiegt 1005 Gramm, was ihn zu einem extrem tragbaren Handheld-Gaming-PC macht, der problemlos in eine Laptop-Tasche oder einen Koffer passt.

Der GPD WIN MAX 2 ist mit dem leistungsstarken AMD Ryzen 7 6800U Prozessor ausgestattet, der über acht Kerne und sechzehn Threads verfügt, die mit bis zu 4,7 GHz bei einer konfigurierbaren Leistung von 15W-28W laufen TDP. Die AMD Radeon 680M bietet eine Leistung von bis zu 2,2 GHz und sorgt für eine beeindruckend flüssige Grafik auf diesem Handheld.

Der GPD WIN MAX 2 unterstützt bis zu 32GB LPDDR5-6400 MT/s RAM und bis zu 2TB SSD mit bis zu m.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe 2280 SSD. Auf der Rückseite des Windows Handheld befindet sich ein zusätzlicher Steckplatz für bis zu 2TB m.2 PCIe 3.0 SSD.

Das GPD WIN MAX 2 lässt sich aufklappen und enthüllt einen 10,1-Zoll-Touchscreen IPS mit einer Standardauflösung von 1920×1200, der eine Auflösung von bis zu 2560×1600 unterstützt. Es ist ein hochwertiges Display, auf dem AAA-Windows-Spiele fantastisch aussehen. Darunter befindet sich eine 2MP 1612×1212 Superweitwinkelkamera mit eingebautem Mikrofon. Für die Eingabe gibt es eine beleuchtete QWERTZ-Tastatur und ein Microsoft-Präzisions-Touchpad.

Kein Handheld-Gaming-PC wäre komplett ohne Spielsteuerung. Unter zwei unauffälligen, abnehmbaren Paneelen befinden sich die kompletten Bedienelemente für das Spiel. Es gibt zwei analoge Steuerknüppel mit Hall-Effekt-Sensor, ein Gaming-D-Pad und Bedienelemente mit Hall-Effekt-Triggern. Auf der Rückseite des GPD WIN MAX 2 befinden sich zwei zusätzliche Tasten, die konfiguriert werden können.

Es gibt schnelles 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax WiFi 6 und Bluetooth 5.2 und über ein separat zu erwerbendes Modul gibt es eine 4G LTE-Unterstützung für mobile Daten. Der GPD WIN MAX 2 Handheld-Gaming-PC verfügt über einen USB Thunderbolt 4-Anschluss für Hochgeschwindigkeitsdaten einschließlich der Verwendung einer externen Grafikkarte (eGPU) für noch schnellere Leistung. Es gibt einen integrierten HDMI 2.1-Anschluss für die Anzeige auf zwei Monitoren.

Der GPD WIN MAX 2 wird von einem 67-Wh-Li-Polymer-Akku angetrieben, der bis zu 14 Stunden bei leichter, 6-8 Stunden bei mittlerer und 3 Stunden bei starker Beanspruchung hält. In unseren eigenen Tests auf dem Handheld haben wir Cinebench unter Volllast bei maximaler Helligkeit ausgeführt und 2 Stunden 5 Minuten erreicht.

Great piece of tech, Better support from Droix!

Ordered the Win max 2 2025 370 + 32GB. Came within a little over a week. Had a little trouble with 1 pixel being dead. Droix sent a new screen ASAP. Can't go wrong with shopping here!

About the Win max 2 - The screen is sharp and pretty bright. The color accuracy isn't the greatest but you can change it with software. The sound isn't all that great either but have tried FxSound and it makes it better. Better being about par with the rog ally. The controller on the unit is ok. The joysticks are short but usable. There are 3d printed handles for the unit, they make a huge difference when using the controller.

The Keyboard is ok. I have about medium-ish sized hands and can type decently on it. Actually using the Win Max to write this review. Oh, the fan on it can be heard but it's like a big wind tunnel sound not a shrieking sound so a lot more tolerable than some other laptops that screech. Can also tone down the fan curve as well.

Not sure what else to say, I think the win max is worth the price. Especially with Droix having such great customer service! No meaningful complaints!

Win max 2 2025. Quality is on point, it works flawlessly. It is comfortable to hold and game on. Doesn't get too hot while gaming. Most people think it's a work laptop. Once my lte card arives I'll be able to use it anywhere
